(3) High Rigidity - The main body of the machine tool is made of resin sand castings, with the bed as a single casting. The pillars, slideways, and worktable move on this bed. The interchangeable worktable and tool magazine robots are mounted on the bed, ensuring the overall rigidity of the machine tool. Additionally, finite element analysis was used during the design process to optimize the structure.
