Product Description
Rockwool Composite Board (Cementitious Type)
Cement-based mineral wool composite panels are produced continuously on a continuous production line. They feature a core material of vertical fiber mineral wool boards, with both sides bonded to interface coating reinforcement rolls. The continuous production process integrates the mineral wool with the interface coating reinforcement rolls into a single unit. They are primarily used for fire-resistant grade A building exterior insulation.
Product Features:
Fire Performance: A Grade
Cement-based rock wool utilizes rock wool as the insulation material, offering excellent fire resistance.
Good waterproof performance
By using a continuous production process, the rock wool is bonded with the interfacial coating reinforced mat to form an integrated unit, overcoming the defect of rock wool being easily absorbent and deliquescent.
Three: Excellent mechanical properties
All cement-based mineral wool composite boards are made with vertical fiber mineral wool, enhancing the mechanical properties of the mineral wool and increasing the tensile strength of the board.
Four: Continuous production line with high efficiency and good quality control.
Five. Enhanced construction environment, with lower construction costs.
Rock wool boards are fully encapsulated to prevent worker injuries during construction and to minimize the environmental impact of rock wool dust. This completely resolves the difficulties of traditional rock wool board construction, which was characterized by long project timelines.
