Woven composite rockwool boards, also known as woven rockwool boards, are made from Grade A fire-resistant rockwool or mineral wool, encased on both or multiple sides with a special alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh, and woven with Grade A fire-resistant basalt yarn.
The woven mineral wool board addresses the global challenge of low tensile pull-out strength by employing a novel industrial sewing technique. It utilizes continuous sewing threads made of basalt fibers to sew the glass fiber mesh on both sides of the mineral wool board together, forming an elastic woven three-dimensional grid structure composed of mesh and continuous sewing lines. The mineral wool serves as the filling material in this new structure, with its tensile pull-out strength determined by the three-dimensional grid structure. Additionally, the elasticity and adaptability of the continuous sewing lines ensure uniform distribution of surface tension on the woven mineral wool board, creating a stable three-dimensional grid structure. Consequently, the tensile pull-out strength of the woven mineral wool board can exceed 0.10 MPa.
Features
Energy-saving Insulation: The tiny air bubbles in the woven rock wool board's physical structure keep out the heat waves in hot climates and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature in cold regions.
Fire Safety: The woven rock wool board is an A-grade non-combustible inorganic material that can withstand temperatures over 1000 degrees Celsius; it does not emit toxic smoke or molten droplets during a fire, maintaining the stability of the building structure and preventing the spread of flames, thus allowing for more valuable time for evacuation and rescue.
Acoustic Noise Reduction: The woven mineral wool insulation board is one of the effective acoustic noise reduction products in construction applications. The board's large number of slender fibers create a porous interconnected structure, containing countless tiny air gaps, thereby providing high acoustic noise reduction and elastic vibration damping physical properties.
Durable Stability: The primary ingredients of all products are sourced from natural basalt, dolomite, and other natural ores, ensuring mechanical properties remain durable and stable throughout the building's lifecycle.
