Woven composite rock wool boards, also known as woven rock wool boards, are made of Class A fire-resistant rock wool or mineral wool, wrapped with both sides or multiple sides in a special alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth, woven with Class A fire-resistant basalt fibers.
Woven mineral wool boards tackle the global challenge of low tensile pull-out strength by employing innovative industrial sewing techniques. They utilize continuous玄武岩thread stitching to bond glass fiber mesh on both sides of the board, creating an elastic woven three-dimensional grid structure composed of mesh and continuous stitching lines. The mineral wool serves as the filling material in this new structure, with its tensile strength determined by the three-dimensional grid. Additionally, the elasticity and adaptability of the continuous stitching lines ensure uniform surface tension distribution on the woven mineral wool board, resulting in a perfectly stable three-dimensional grid structure. Consequently, the tensile pull-out strength of woven mineral wool boards can exceed 0.10 MPa.
Features
Energy-saving and Insulating: The tiny air pockets within the woven rockwool board's physical structure keep the heat out during hot climates and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature in cold regions.
Fire Safety: The woven rock wool board is an A-grade non-combustible inorganic material that can withstand temperatures over 1000 degrees Celsius; in the event of a fire, it does not emit toxic smoke or molten droppings, maintaining the stability of the building structure and preventing the spread of the fire, thus providing more valuable time for evacuation and rescue.
Acoustic Noise Reduction: The woven rock wool insulation board is one of the effective acoustic noise reduction products in architectural applications. The large number of fine, long fibers in the woven rock wool insulation board form a porous interconnected structure, with countless tiny air gaps within, thereby endowing it with high acoustic noise reduction and elastic damping physical properties.
Durable Stability: All product components are primarily sourced from natural basalt, dolomite, and other natural ores, maintaining mechanical properties that are durable and stable throughout the building's lifespan.
