Fire-resistant
Schakto rock wool raw materials are made from natural volcanic rock, serving as non-combustible building materials and fire-resistant materials.
Primary fire-resistant features:

Insulation and heat preservation
Scotchgard rock wool fibers are long, flexible, and have low slag content. Therefore, they have low thermal conductivity.

Sound Absorption and Noise Reduction
Scotia Rockwool is an ideal soundproofing material; its large number of fine, long fibers form a dense structure.

Hydrophobic
The Sikada hydrophobic mineral wool products have a hydrophobicity rate of up to 99.9%; low water absorption.
No capillary penetration.
Moisture resistance
Scotia Rockwool has a moisture absorption rate less than in environments with high relative humidity.
0.2%; tested according to ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M methods, quality absorption
Moisture content less than 0.3%.
Non-corrosive
Sikada rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, neutral or slightly alkaline, and is compatible with carbon steel and stainless steel.
Aluminum and other metal materials are all non-corrosive.
