Woven composite rock wool boards, also known as woven rock wool boards, are made of A-grade fire-resistant rock wool or mineral wool, wrapped with both sides or multiple sides in a special alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh fabric, woven with A-grade fire-resistant basalt yarn.

By utilizing continuous stitching threads made of basalt fibers, the glass fiber mesh on both sides of the board is sewn together, creating an elastic woven three-dimensional grid structure composed of the mesh and continuous stitching lines. The mineral wool serves as the filling material within this new structure, with its tensile pull-out strength determined by the three-dimensional grid. Moreover, the elasticity and adaptability of the continuous stitching lines distribute the surface tension of the woven mineral wool board evenly, resulting in a perfectly stable three-dimensional grid structure. Consequently, the tensile pull-out strength of woven mineral wool boards can exceed 0.10 MPa.
