Product Overview
Insulation Performance Testing Device for Walls and Hollow Glass, Insulating glass with thermal performance, integrating the characteristics of heat flow meter method, protective thermal box method, and calibrated thermal box method. Therefore, it can be used according to specific conditions and local circumstances, fully utilizing its advantages.。
The testing equipment is composed of three parts.: Enclosure, temperature controller, and patrol instrument. The specimen holder is used to place testing materials, with the rear half of the cold box housing the compressor unit and temperature control components. The hot box, in addition to the enclosure, is equipped with one precision temperature controller, one DC power supply for the uniform heating fan, and a patrol instrument for data collection and processing. The patrol instrument utilizes a microcontroller system and a high-stability, low-drift, low-noise instrument amplifier. It also employs platinum resistance as the temperature sensing element for the measuring bed and has developed various software to enhance and expand its accuracy and functionality. It is not only suitable for indoor testing of protective structures but also capable of measuring the thermal performance and heat loss of protective structures on-site during winter or summer.。
