Active protection system is a type of flexible net mainly composed of steel wire rope mesh, which is wrapped around the required protective slope or rock to limit the weathering, peeling or damage of the slope rock and soil, as well as rock collapse (reinforcement effect), or to control the movement of falling rocks within a certain range (enclosure effect).
Flexible protective net material:
Wire rope mesh, ordinary wire mesh (often referred to as wire mesh), and TECCO high-strength wire mesh.
Characteristics of flexible protective net products:
The principle of action is similar to that of surface slope protection systems such as spray anchor and soil nail walls, but due to its flexible characteristics, the system can transfer locally concentrated loads evenly to the surrounding materials: steel wire rope mesh, ordinary steel wire mesh (often referred to as wire mesh), and TECCO high-strength steel wire mesh to fully exert the protective ability of the entire system, that is, local loading and overall action, so that the system can withstand large loads and reduce the anchoring force requirements of single anchor rods.
Has high flexibility, high protective strength, and easy spreadability. Adapt to any slope terrain, standardize and systematize installation procedures.
The system adopts die-cutting installation method, which has a short construction period and low construction cost.
