3. Using trapezoidal flat bags arranged inside the cylinder, the structure is simple, compact, and the filtration area refers to the elevation. Under the action of counter blowing, the trapezoidal flat bag has a large amplitude, and only one vibration is needed to shake off the accumulated dust, which is beneficial for improving the service life of the filter bag.
4. Using the resistance of the dust collector as a signal, the automatic control of the rotary back blowing for dust cleaning is achieved. Depending on the low inlet concentration, the cycle is automatically adjusted, which is more reasonable and reliable than the timed pulse control method.
5. The top adopts a rectangular fully open top cover for easy maintenance and replacement of filter bags.
6. A mechanism rotary dust discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the ash hopper, which can discharge the collected dust in a closed condition.
7. The dust collector is a cylindrical structure welded from steel plates, with good rigidity and sealing, as well as low resistance, compact structure, and small footprint. The inlet and outlet of the dust collector can be installed on site according to user needs.
