This is a thermoplastic sign anti-corrosion enamel paint, with the active ingredient being modified acrylic polymer and anti-aging pigment added.

Design purpose

Protection of various machinery, equipment, instruments, chimney signs, cooling tower signs, or non-metallic facility signs.

The coating dries quickly and is shiny and full.

Good light and color retention.

This type of coating dries naturally at room temperature and is suitable for factories and on-site steel structures and concrete without drying equipment.

Not suitable for exposure to high concentrations of acids, alkalis, oils, and prolonged immersion in water environments.

Among them, Shanli 9001 flash, non flash metallic, silver pink enamel paint, and single component packaging Shanli 9002 are a few inert color weather resistant enamel paints (gray, white, black, red, green, yellow). A small dosage of 0.08-0.10kg/m2/channel is not sufficient to form an effective system. The film thickness can be adjusted as needed, but it will change the dosage and affect drying.

Storage stability: Store in a cool and dry place in a sealed container for at least 12 months, and then use it after quality inspection. A longer storage period will affect the workability of the coating and the purity and brightness of the metallic and silver powder topcoat. During storage, it should be kept away from heat sources, fire sources, strong oxidants, and avoid contact with water vapor.

Too low a strength will cause the coating to lose its pressure resistance and impact resistance; The requirement for latitude and longitude flatness is that the drop within a 2m range should be less than 2mm. When using putty to repair and level the base layer, effective putty with good bonding strength to the substrate must be selected. The overall strength of the mortar layer, leveling putty layer, and polishing putty layer meets the design requirements.

Gypsum powder is not allowed to be used for leveling the putty layer.

Weld seams and damaged areas shall be re derusted, and the pre coating and contaminated surfaces shall be washed clean with fresh water to meet the specified visual standards.

Mix the paint evenly with power before each coating, and flip the bucket 1-2 times.

Two component coating: Mix Group B into Group A while adding it according to the proportion specified in the certificate of conformity.

Mixing usage time is meaningless

If the homework has been suspended for a long time, it is recommended to use newly prepared paint for air spraying when resuming work. The recommended air pressure is 0.3-0.6MPa, and the spraying viscosity is 15S~25S/Tu-4 (diluent dosage ≤ 15%). For airless spraying, the recommended air pressure is 10-25MPa, and the spraying viscosity is 15S~25S/Tu-4 (diluent dosage ≤ 15%). During construction and drying in narrow spaces, extensive ventilation should be provided to avoid rainwater splashing.

Use X-115 to regularly flush all equipment. All unused coatings should be covered and sealed. After storage for a period of time, unfilled containers may develop surface crust and the viscosity of the coating may also increase.

The coating should be filtered before spraying. Continuous stirring should be carried out during the spraying process.

The temperature of the coating itself should be higher than 15 ℃ to ensure normal construction performance. The construction environment temperature should not exceed 35 ℃. Warm construction is prohibited, and attention should be paid to the freezing point or below, which can cause surface icing and affect the adhesion of the coating.

Do not carry out construction when the surface temperature of the steel structure is below 10 ℃ and above 40 ℃.

The application of coatings should strictly control the relationship between dosage and film thickness, meet the design requirements and/or the effective coating system requirements specified in the product manual, especially suitable for steel structure anti chemical climate corrosion protection. It is required to use 7081, 7083 or 7001, with a single coating film thickness greater than 80 microns+9001 or 9002, and a total film thickness greater than 150 microns. If the film thickness does not meet the standard and self coating is required, the previous layer should be completely cured, and the thickness of the coated film should not be less than 50 microns.

Avoid water immersion within 4 hours after coating application. After the coating film is formed, it should be checked for uniform film formation without any pinholes, wrinkles or other defects. Otherwise, methods should be taken to eliminate them. Maintain at room temperature (around 25 ℃) for 7 days and put into use.

Please refer to relevant national standards and regulations for the inspection rules of coating construction. Like all thermoplastic coatings, the 9001 and 9002 coatings, regardless of how long they have been applied, can form a complete single integral coating by dissolving and bonding well with the original old coating when applied by their own weight.

9001 or 9002 can only be self applied or overlaid on the surface of partially hardened (greater than 7d) coatings such as 7001, 7012, 7014, 7031, 7032, etc. There are suitable varieties of chlorinated rubber paint that can be overlaid, and thermosetting coatings cannot be overlaid.

Unlike ordinary coatings, acrylic coatings can quickly release solvents during the construction process. If the coating is too thick at once, uneven drying on the surface and inside can easily lead to surface defects. Similarly, if the coating environment and technology are not proficient or strictly required during spraying, it is easy to dry and spray, causing pinholes in the coating and dry powder adsorbed on the surface.

If a high boiling point solvent is added to adjust the drying process slightly slower, it can significantly improve the coating effect and appearance.
