Marine steel structure anti-corrosion coating (packaged)
Composition: It is made of epoxy resin as the base material, with ultra-fine metal zinc powder added, and amine resin as the curing agent. The product is packaged in two components.
Features: It has a cathodic protection effect, excellent rust prevention performance, good adhesion, fast drying, oil and water resistance, and other characteristics. Usage: Suitable for rust proof primer coating on the surface of steel structure equipment in industries such as shipbuilding, marine steel structures, bridges, iron towers, petroleum, smelting and chemical industries. Coating methods: brush coating, roller coating, airless high-pressure spraying
Theoretical dosage: Used as rust proof primer, 200-250 grams per square meter per coat
Dry film thickness: 40-50 microns/coat for use as anti rust primer;
Proportion: A: B=5:1 (two-component), subject to the packaging barrel certificate.
Mixing precautions: First, pour component A and component B into the same container and stir thoroughly with an electric mixer. Slowly add an appropriate amount of diluent while stirring, adjust to the construction viscosity, and let it mature for 10-20 minutes before use; According to the on duty usage, use as much as needed to avoid waste; Generally, it should be used up within 8 hours, and in summer it should be used up within 5 hours. To extend the construction time, a diluent can be added slightly to use it up. Diluent and dilution ratio: epoxy specific diluent, dilution ratio 0-20%
Applicable time: 8 hours at 23 ± 2 ℃
Coating interval: 23 ± 2 ℃, short 5 hours, long 48 hours
Surface treatment: Rust removal methods: sandblasting, power tools, manual; Rust removal standard: Sa2 5 level or St3.0 level; The welding slag and burrs at the welding point should be chiseled away with a hammer. It is recommended to apply 1-2 coats of paint
Rear matching: Various intermediate paints and topcoats are evenly matched and compatible with matching
Packaging specifications: 25 liters in a 20 liter container for component A; A 5-liter container containing 5 kilograms of component B
Storage period: 12 months
