1、 Product Introduction

This product is a two-component amine cured liquid epoxy coating, mainly composed of epoxy resin and coal tar deep processed products as film-forming materials, with added fillers such as flake mica powder to enhance the insulation and anti-corrosion performance of the coating. After more than 20 years of promotion and application, it has been widely praised for its wide application and large usage in the industry. It can be used as an anti-corrosion material for steel and concrete outer layers. With the development of society, national standards, departmental standards, industry standards, and related product standards and specifications have also been formulated.

In order to meet the construction needs, a series of products have been developed, which can be divided into room temperature type and low temperature type according to the on-site environment. They can be constructed under -30 ℃ conditions, and solvent-free type and thick slurry type can be provided according to the construction method.

2、 Product Features

1. The solvent-free type of this product is an indispensable product for the development of the coating industry. The composition of the coating meets national standards and meets consumers' requirements for economic development, ecological protection, utility integration, energy conservation, and other aspects. Suitable for mechanical spraying, it can be formed in one go, with a dense coating, saving materials, time, and labor, and reducing construction costs.

2. Thick slurry type is suitable for manual brushing, with a low solvent content of about 15% or less, and a one-time film formation of over 120 microns. Compared with high solvent type, it is convenient to apply and reduces construction costs.

3. This product combines the excellent characteristics of epoxy resin and coal tar pitch, with high coating mechanical strength, strong adhesion, low water absorption, resistance to chemical media immersion, microbial resistance, and plant root puncture resistance. It is a good anti-corrosion material for buried and underwater facilities. The flake like mica powder in the coating increases the electrical insulation of the coating, effectively avoiding the risk of electrochemical corrosion of the product itself.

3、 Scope of adaptation

Mainly used for anti-corrosion of buried and underwater steel pipes, cast iron pipes, and concrete pipes, it is also suitable for anti-corrosion and waterproofing of chemical plant buildings, various steel structures, docks, ships, water gates, storage tanks, refining and chemical equipment, and concrete structures.
