Acrylic acid modified chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion coating is a white or slightly yellow powder obtained by chlorination modification of natural or synthetic rubber. It is non-toxic, non irritating to human skin, and has good adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, fast drying, waterproof and flame retardant properties. After adding acrylic resin modification, it has better weather resistance, sun exposure resistance, surface gloss and hardness. Chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion coating is widely used as architectural coating, chemical anti-corrosion coating, flame retardant coating, ship and marine steel structure anti-corrosion coating. It is listed as one of the two major systems of anti-corrosion coatings in the world today, along with room temperature curing liquid epoxy coating. This product is a single component coating made from chlorinated rubber and acrylic resin as base materials, with the addition of toughening agents, rust prevention and coloring pigments, and various additives. It is a high-performance anti-corrosion coating. 2、 Product Features

1. Easy to use. Single component, stir well after opening the bucket before use. Multiple methods such as high-pressure airless spraying, brushing, and roller coating can be used for construction.

2. Fast drying, construction is not limited by seasons. Normal construction can be carried out from -20 ℃ to 40 ℃, and re coating can be done every 4-6 hours.

3. Good adhesion to steel, concrete, and wood.

4. Good anti-corrosion performance. Chlorinated rubber is an inert resin with low permeability of water vapor and oxygen to the paint film. It has excellent water resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance, and resistance to various corrosive gases. It also has good mold resistance, flame retardancy, and weather resistance. The addition of acrylic resin to this product improves its appearance brightness and weather resistance.

5. Easy maintenance. The adhesion between the new and old paint film layers is good, and there is no need to remove the strong old paint film when recoating.

Suitable for anti-corrosion of docks, ships, water steel structures, oil tanks, gas tanks, pipelines, chemical equipment, and factory steel structures, as well as for decorative protection of concrete surfaces on walls, water tanks, and underground tunnels.
