Panel: The panel can be made of solid wood composite or solid wood board. Hardwood is commonly used as the tree species, including maple, water chestnut, oak, beech, and so on. Due to maple being a long fiber tree species with good toughness and moderate hardness, and its viewing effect in competitions and television broadcasts, the vast majority of sports venues in the world use maple to make their panels. The moisture content of the panel shall not exceed the local equilibrium moisture content. The maple wood panel specifications of MFMA imported from abroad generally have thicknesses of 20mm and 26mm, and widths of 38mm, 57mm, and so on. The size of most domestically produced boards is 22mm thick, with grooves and flanges.
Nails: The panel nails are made of 50mm L-shaped or T-shaped wooden floor special strong nails; The stable layer is usually connected to the keel using U-shaped nails.
Paint: Paint is divided into two types: factory applied UV paint and on-site applied polyurethane paint, both of which must meet the requirement of a friction coefficient of 0.4-0.7. In terms of environmental protection, it is necessary to achieve three benzene free (i.e. benzene, toluene, xylene) and three benzene free (i.e. paint, curing agent, and diluent do not contain benzene), and to perform well in terms of wear resistance, slip resistance, and light refraction.
Marking: Use marking paint that matches the panel paint.
