·Pipeline opening, sealing, and emergency repair
Pressure tapping is a safe, environmentally friendly, and economical maintenance and repair technology for in-service pipelines, suitable for normal maintenance and renovation of pipelines for various media such as crude oil, refined oil, chemical media, and natural gas, as well as emergency repairs in case of sudden accidents (such as pressure repair, replacement of corroded pipe sections, installation of devices, distribution and renovation, etc.).
Operating procedure for pressurized opening: Open the gate valve to the largest diameter. Rotate the handwheel clockwise for cutting, and when the center drill (drill bit) hits the main pipeline, rotate the handwheel half a circle to prevent cutting. Start the motor, slowly turn the handwheel clockwise to feed the tool, feel it drill through the pipe wall, and then cut off the power supply. After cutting off the power, manually entering the tool indicates that it has been drilled through.
Rotate the handwheel clockwise to feed the knife, and when the bucket knife hits the pipe wall, reverse it halfway (to prevent cutting). Restart the motor and slowly turn the handwheel clockwise to feed. After the bucket knife cuts through the pipe wall, cut off the power supply. After cutting off the power, if the handwheel cannot rotate manually, it indicates that the cutting is not complete. The handwheel should be reversed half a turn, the motor should be restarted, and the cutting should continue slowly. When the motor cuts off the power, the handwheel can rotate to feed in, indicating that the hole cutting has been completed
It is carried out in a completely enclosed cavity, and the cutting process of the tool is isolated from air, with no possibility of ignition and no pollution to the environment. Its device is an open contact point that can be used for any medium other than oxygen and various pipelines of different diameters without stopping production.
