1、 Product Introduction
The main method for dust recycling in steel plants is to use adhesives to cold press dust removal ash into balls. Due to the high activity of calcium oxide in dust removal ash, it pulverizes after cold pressing, which affects the strength of ball making. Our company has developed an antioxidant calcium adhesive to address this situation.
2、 Product Features
The "Jinfeng" brand antioxidant calcium pellet adhesive is polymerized from environmentally friendly polymer materials, which has strong bonding function for dust removal ash containing calcium oxide, high curing strength in the later stage, and low comprehensive use cost of the adhesive.

3、 Application characteristics in dust removal
1. This series of products is mainly used for iron containing waste materials such as dust removal ash, sludge, iron oxide scale, and sintered return ore; It has a certain chelating effect with certain elements in the dust removal ash, with high molding rate, fast solidification speed, no powdering in the later stage, and a cold strength of over 90 kg after drying.
2. There are two types of products in this series:·
① Adhesive 9-2: Used in dust removal ash with a calcium content of ≤ 6%, with a dosage of 3-5%, a molding rate of over 95%, and a dry strength of over 90 kg.
② Adhesive 9-3: Used in dust removal ash with a calcium content of ≥ 6%, with a dosage of 3-5%, a molding rate of over 95%, and a dry strength of over 90 kg.

4、 Usage:
Adopting the cold pressing process, the operation is simple. Directly mix the prepared dust removal ash and adhesive powder in proportion, add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly before molding on the machine. After molding, it can be dried or naturally air dried.
