2. Zinc 5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also known as Galfan) steel wire, which is an emerging new material in recent years. Its corrosion resistance is more than three times that of traditional pure galvanized steel, and the diameter of the steel wire can reach 1.0-3.0. The tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 1380Mpa.
3. Galvanized steel wire plastic coating: Low carbon steel wire is coated with a layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal mesh. This PVC protective layer will increase protection in highly polluted environments and blend with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
4. Zinc 5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire coating: A layer of PVC protective layer is wrapped on the surface of the zinc 5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire, and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal mesh. This PVC protective layer will increase protection in highly polluted environments and blend with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.

Installation process of ecological gabion net:
1. Arrange the net cage in a staggered position to avoid longitudinal through seams.
2. Stand up the four sides of the box and lock the adjacent edges with binding wire. When binding, wrap the binding wire around two overlapping frame lines (when sewing the edges) or the double twisted edges of the frame line and the mesh cage (when sewing the grid) in a spiral shape to avoid damage from heavy galvanizing. The pitch should not exceed 50.
3. When installing gabion cages on the completed bottom net, tie them to the bottom net cage along the lower frame of the newly installed cage with binding lines. Adjacent cages on the same layer should also be tied together with binding lines to form a cohesive whole.
4. When constructing on the same horizontal level of a certain unit project, the stone cage net should be fully in place before filling with pebbles. In order to prevent deformation of the net cage, the height difference of the stone filling between adjacent boxes should not exceed 35 cm
5. Before installation, the bank slope and ground should be appropriately trimmed, and the original shape of the bank slope should be maintained as much as possible, but there should be no obvious uplift or depression.
6. The filled pebbles should be selected on the floodplain, and their compressive strength should meet the design requirements. The pebble particle size should be between 8-20cm, and the size matching should be reasonable to achieve the required porosity and the straight shape of the gabion mesh.
