 Construction procedure: Preparation before construction → Inspection and cleaning → Positioning and laying out → Roll laying → Line drawing → Acceptance
2、 Preparation before construction
(1) Tools: plastic mixer, professional scraper, trowel, professional cutter, level, total station, rolling drum, hand pressure gun, level ruler, steel tape measure, wire box, scale, handcart, mixing bucket, etc.
(2) Main material: Prefabricated rubber roll track (13mm thick, 1.22 meters wide, any length), special adhesive.
(3) Auxiliary materials: cement nails, PVC trunking.
3、 Testing, repairing, and cleaning
(1) Conduct a flatness error test on the asphalt concrete foundation that has been laid, and the error should not exceed 3mm when tested with a three meter ruler.
(2) Conduct a compactness test on the already laid asphalt concrete foundation. If the compactness is less than 95%, it needs to be strengthened (usually for fine asphalt concrete mix ratios of AC10 and above).
(3) For areas where the flatness error exceeds 3mm and there is water accumulation, the method of polishing or filling shall be used for treatment until it is qualified.
(4) Polishing method - Use a terrazzo machine to polish the locally elevated area.
(5) Filling method - using specialized leveling glue (self leveling glue) to fill in.
(6) Compactness treatment - macromolecule reinforcing layer treatment method is adopted (the treatment materials are styrene acrylic lotion, 108 glue, cement, quartz sand and water mixed and mixed at 1:3:4:8 and poured into the site evenly, and scraped along the base surface with a scraper, but the thickness of the reinforcing layer should not be scraped out and the gap should be filled).
(7) Clean up the entire venue thoroughly.
4、 Layout positioning
1. Using a total station to locate and mark the lanes according to sports techniques, competition rules, and design requirements.
2. Ensure proper positioning and marking of the color separation area.
3. Only after repeated laying and verification can the rubber roll be laid.
5、 Laying process
1. Laying sequence:
a. Usually, the runway is laid from the inside out - from the track, track... to the next track (or a semi-circular area can be laid first, and the track can be laid after the semi-circular area is laid).
b. Laying of straight sections in the terminal area.
c. Installation of auxiliary areas.
2. Laying method:
a. Runway: Starting from the starting end (track) of the runway at 110 meters (or 100 meters), lay a straight track first, then follow the curve at the end, then connect to the opposite straight track, and finally connect to the starting end curve and the starting straight track. Follow the above method to lay... to the next track.
b. Drainage ditch surface: first lay straight sections, then lay curved sections.
c. Half circle area: It is usually laid horizontally from the outer bow to the inner arc top of the half circle (the half circle with a javelin throwing area can be laid vertically).
d. End zone straight section: laid from outside to inside.
e. Auxiliary area: The straight section is laid from inside to outside, and the outer area of the eighth bend is laid from outside to inside.
f. Before each laying, a positioning trial laying should be carried out and necessary trimming should be done.
3. Adhesive mixing
a、 Material: The adhesive material is composed of Group A, Group B, and a drying agent.
b、 Material ratio requirements: Group A: Group B: Drying agent=1:5: appropriate amount.
c、 Mixing: First, pour the materials of Group A into the mixing bucket, then pour the materials of Group B into the mixing bucket, stir for 1.5 minutes, add a drying agent and stir for 1 minute, and then quickly pour the evenly mixed materials into the designated roll laying area.
4. Main runway roll laying
a、 Material: 13mm thick, 1.22 meters wide, approximately 20 meters long per roll, dark red color, adhesive.
b、 Mix the specialized adhesive material evenly and pour it onto the pre positioned and trial laid track site (roll it in place after trial laying). Use a scraper or trowel to scrape the adhesive material evenly according to the width and length of each roll, with a dosage of about 1.5 kg/㎡. Then roll and paste the rubber roll. When rolling, use a rolling cylinder to roll on the surface of the roll material while rolling to remove air and improve the adhesive effect. Then press red bricks around the laid roll material to ensure a firm bond around the perimeter.
c、 When bonding, the longitudinal interface is constructed using the flat joint pushing method, and the transverse interface is constructed using the pre length pushing method (pre length of about 3-5 mm), striving to achieve seamless joints at the seams.
d、 When bonding, pay attention to ensuring that the adhesive at the joint is full. When scraping adhesive, a trowel should be used to scrape the adhesive at the longitudinal or transverse joints. That is, the adhesive should be scraped more on the side of the already laid roll interface at a certain angle to control the amount of adhesive at the joint without overflowing after laying the roll. If there is glue overflow, it should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
e、 When bonding bends, the natural and smooth laying method of extending the arc is used for laying. During construction, after each laying, there will be a slight upward arch at the inner arc, which is a normal phenomenon. Only a slight force needs to be applied to flatten it. In addition, special attention should be paid to the fixation at the interface, and if necessary, cement nails should be used to fix it. After the bonding is firm, the nails should be removed.
i. The pasting length is generally controlled at around 20-25 meters.
Inspect the longitudinal and transverse joints of the previously completed runway, and if any joints are not fully filled with glue, use the hand pressure gun to apply glue and fill the longitudinal and transverse joints. After drying and solidifying, use a cutting knife to level them.
5. Thickened area roll laying
a、 Thickened area requirements: Thickened areas are 20mm thick (used for long jump, high jump, javelin throw, and pole vault high assist tracks) and 25mm thick (used for obstacle pools). The surface elevation of the thickened area after laying is consistent with the surrounding area (therefore, it is required to reserve the thickness of the thickened area downwards during foundation construction).
b、 Due to the requirements of material physical properties, the coil can only be prefabricated with a thickness of 13mm. The construction of the 20mm thickening area is carried out by laying 13mm coil+7mm mixed plastic. The construction of the obstacle pool thickening area is carried out by laying 13mm coil+12mm mixed plastic.
c、 Mixed plastic materials: Group A, Group B, drying agent, rubber particles
Proportion requirement: Group A: Group B: Drying agent=1:4: appropriate amount, with rubber particles added at 30% of the A and B materials.
Ii. Mixing and laying of mixed plastic materials: First, pour Group A materials into the mixing bucket, then pour Group B materials into the mixing bucket, stir for 1 minute, then add a drying agent and stir for 1 minute, and finally add rubber particles and stir.
