Introduction to the properties of acrylic materials:

⑤ Good sun resistance, deep coloring, and long-lasting color retention;
⑥ Excellent abrasion resistance, anti slip properties, and less prone to powdering; ⑦ Strong adhesion, high peel strength, not easily delaminated, good appearance, and not prone to foaming; ⑧ Smooth surface, easy to clean, strong durability, convenient daily maintenance, and low cost.
3. Construction plan for acrylic material
1、 Construction conditions:
Temperature: Ground temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃ and not higher than 45 ℃;
Humidity: The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%;
Slope: not less than 3:1000, not greater than 5:1000;
Flatness: The height difference of a three meter ruler shall not exceed 3mm
3、 Its surface requirements:
Smooth (with a 3M ruler error of 3mm), sturdy and firm, without loose or floating objects, clean and tidy, and cut reasonable temperature joints.
4、 Process flow:
Surface treatment → Cutting V-shaped seams → Grinding or pickling → Filling seams → Filling accumulated water → Applying and scraping elastic layer → Applying and scraping reinforcement layer → Applying and scraping surface layer in two stages → Marking → Cleaning and completion.
5、 Construction procedure:
1. Water test: Check the flatness of the foundation. If it does not meet the requirements, the foundation contractor should repair it according to the requirements of the stadium construction contractor.
A、 After testing the water on the court floor, mark the location of the accumulated water with a white chalk circle;
B、 Mix the intermediate coating and specialized sand/cement thoroughly to repair the area;
C、 After completion, use a ruler to measure the area and control the error within 3mm;
D、 After the entire site is repaired, water should be drained for inspection. If the depth of the accumulated water does not exceed 3mm, it is considered qualified and the next step of construction can be carried out.
2. Construction primer:
A、 Primer A: Mix the B material in a ratio of 1:1 with water of 5-8 and mix evenly. Apply it evenly to the ground by rolling/scraping along the pitch;
B、 The general drying time is 6 hours. After it dries completely, inspect the site and remove any rough or protruding sand particles;
C、 Water discharge inspection, if the location of accumulated water is found, the treatment method is the same as (1).
9. Complete and clear the site.
4、 Quality assurance and after-sales service:
(1) The engineering warranty period is one year, with lifelong maintenance.
(2) If the damage is not caused by human factors during the warranty period, Party B shall provide free warranty (including labor and materials). If it is caused by human factors during use, Party B shall charge Party A for the material costs.
(3) During the warranty period, Party B shall conduct on-site inspection within one working day from the date of receiving written repair notice from Party A. If it is indeed the responsibility of Party B, Party B shall arrive at the site on time for repair after negotiating with Party A to determine the repair time.
