Product Introduction:
This series of milling end face drilling center hole machine is mainly designed for processing medium and large shaft parts with a diameter of φ 160 and below and a length of 1800mm or less. The standard model adopts a dual spindle power head with opposing milling and drilling separation, which can meet the milling end face, drilling center holes, and outer circle machining of the lathe. The specially designated configuration can process threaded holes of M24 and below. This series of machine tools has the advantages of wider processing length range, complete functions, strong rigidity, economic practicality, and convenient operation.
Structural Layout
This machine is a three-axis structure with a flat bed, using three sets of CNC feed worktables and two sets of opposing dual spindle power heads. The milling spindle is equipped with a BT50 standard interface milling cutter head, and the drilling spindle is equipped with a BT40 standard drilling tool holder. The drilling spindle can also be optionally equipped with an outer circle turning cutter head for drilling the center hole and turning a section of outer circle at the end of the workpiece shaft for clamping during subsequent lathe machining, which can save the process of lathe turning. Two sets of self centering hydraulic vises are used for clamping workpieces, and the fixtures can quickly adjust the clamping position according to the length of the workpiece
Product features:
1. Adopting gear rack hydraulic self centering vise, the guide surface is quenched to a hardness of HRC52 or above, the sliding surface is carefully scraped and assembled, and centralized lubrication and oil supply are used. The lubrication is sufficient and reliable, the performance is stable, the clamping is convenient, and the clamping force is strong.
2. The high rigidity rectangular guide rail has been quenched to a hardness of HRC52 or higher, with a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guide rail surface has been treated with plastic coating to prevent low-speed crawling and improve its service life. It adopts precision grinding grade double screw ball screw transmission, with high precision and long service life.
3. Adopting a dual spindle design with milling and drilling separation, the structure is reasonable and easy to adjust the tool. The power head adopts gear transmission, with high torque and strong cutting force.
4. Four axis servo CNC system, accurate positioning, simple position handwheel operation, and easy adjustment.
5. Adopting a positive displacement electric lubrication pump to fully and effectively lubricate the guide rail and screw, improving the service life of the machine tool.
6. Standard track type chip conveyor, can choose rear or side row
