The chassis flipping machine is mainly composed of a lifting mechanism, a flipping mechanism, and an electrical system. Its main structural types can be divided into frame type flipping machines, belt type flipping machines, chain type flipping machines, chain belt type flipping machines, etc.

1. Frame type flipping machine

The frame type flipping machine is connected to the frame with fixed fixtures, mainly driven by the motor and fixed fixtures to move the circular sling, thereby driving the chassis to flip. The main features of the frame flipping machine are:① Use fixed fixtures to connect the chassis, and the products connected by the fixtures need to be cured; ② The circular sling is shorter, resulting in a lower height of the flipping mechanism; ③ The flip strap does not directly contact the chassis and has a longer service life; ④ Suitable for short wheelbase vehicles, while for longer wheelbase vehicles, the chassis is prone to bending when flipped over; ⑤ The flipping process is smooth with minimal impact.
