Gypsum self leveling is the abbreviation for leveling gypsum on self leveling floors. Also known as gypsum based self leveling mortar. It is made of high-strength gypsum. Aggregates and various building chemical additives are carefully prepared in the factory. A dry powder material specially prepared for indoor floor leveling by mixing evenly.
Gypsum based self leveling conveying pumps are mainly used for pouring concrete into high-rise buildings in construction and construction sites, also known as concrete conveying pumps or trailer pumps. Under the same conditions, the shrinkage rate of cement-based self leveling mortar is much higher than that of gypsum based self leveling mortar. At 28 days, the shrinkage value of cement-based self leveling mortar is about 1.17mm/m. As time goes on, the shrinkage value of cement-based self leveling mortar reaches about 1.3mm/m after 90 days, but the shrinkage value of stone paste based self leveling mortar still remains at around 0.19 mm/m. This means that excessive shrinkage values in cement-based self leveling mortar are highly likely to cause cracking of the self leveling mortar. The heat resistance of gypsum based self leveling remains relatively stable at 50 ℃, with almost identical shrinkage values, bending and compression strength at 28d and 194d.
