The working principle of the lime powder selector is mainly achieved through three functions, namely: material spreading, grading, and finished product collection. But the specific working process of implementing these three functions is different for different types of powder selection machines.
1、 A centrifugal powder selector uses lower material scattering and air and powder circulation inside the machine to achieve separation and collection of coarse and fine powders. Its characteristic is that due to the circulation of air and powder inside the machine, this type of powder selector is called an internal circulation operation.
2、 The cyclone type powder selection machine also uses lower material scattering, but the air enters through the lower tangential inlet. During the process of air entering and rising, it passes through the material scattering curtain, and then passes through the rotating fan blades or conical cage to achieve classification. The graded airflow carries the finished fine powder out of the powder selection chamber, and the dusty airflow discharged from the powder selection chamber is then sent into the cyclone tube for powder separation and collection of the finished product.
Its characteristic is that the clean airflow coming out of the cyclone enters the fan for circulation, so this type of powder selector is called an external circulation operation.
