2、 Working principle
The grinding material is fed into the upper feeding port of the powder selection machine through a bucket elevator, and falls onto the feeding disc integrated with the rotor. The rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the main shaft motor, and the material on the feeding disc is thrown out radially and dispersed in the powder selection chamber under the action of centrifugal force. It meets the rotating upward airflow and in the powder selection chamber, the airflow near the surface of the grading ring and the material dispersed in the airflow rotate at high speed together with the grading ring under the drive of the grading ring, thus forming an adjustable centrifugal force field in this area. The material is classified into coarse and fine powders in this area. The graded fine powder (finished product) enters the cyclone through the grading ring carried by the airflow, and completes gas-solid separation in the low resistance cyclone. The fine powder is discharged from the finished product outlet, and the airflow is collected by the collection air duct and enters the system circulation fan. The airflow from the outlet fan is used as the circulating air of the powder selection system and introduced into the powder selection machine through the inlet, becoming the powder selection airflow. Under the action of centrifugal force, the graded coarse powder settles against the wall in the powder selection chamber and falls to the drip device. In the annular area formed by the drip device, inner cone, and reflection cone, it is subjected to secondary sorting by the powder selection airflow introduced from the air inlet. According to the theory of gas-phase suspension separation of solid particles, the structural design ensures a high airflow velocity in this area, which can separate the majority of the fine powder mixed in the coarse powder falling in the powder selection chamber and carry it to the powder selection chamber for secondary classification, thereby reducing the fine powder content in the coarse powder to a relatively low limit. The coarse powder after secondary sorting is discharged from the coarse powder outlet through the lower cone and transported to the mill for re grinding.
