1、 Overview
The HMLT filter cartridge pulse dust collector is a product developed by our company. This product is an economical, reliable, and easy-to-use filter cartridge pulse dust collector that uses spun polyester filter media as the filtering medium and pulse blowing as the dust cleaning method. It summarizes the experience and lessons learned from the application of folded filter cartridge filter media in China, and improves based on the characteristics of folded filter cartridge pulse bag filters at home and abroad.
2、 Technical characteristics of filter cartridge pulse dust collector:
The filtering element adopts a pleated filter cartridge, which is compact in structure and saves space;
The filter cartridge adopts an integrated design, with good sealing performance and easy installation and replacement;
Surface filtration with low operating resistance and high filtration efficiency (up to 99.99% or more);
Cleaning is easy, saving about 50% of the air consumption for pulse cleaning;
U has a long service life, with a filter cartridge life of over 3 years, which is 2-3 times longer than that of conventional filter media.
3、 Introduction to pleated filter cartridge components
The pleated filter cartridge uses spunbond polyester filter material as the surface filtration mechanism, and the fiber adhesion pressure technology forms many dense micro airflow channels with this filter material, which has high filtration efficiency and can maintain relatively low operating resistance, significantly increasing the processing air volume.
The material of this filter material has strong rigidity, making it a pleated filter cartridge without relying on supporting materials. A pleated filter cartridge replaces components such as filter bags and cages. At the same time, the filter material has good moisture resistance, high strength, easy dust cleaning, long service life, and basically achieves maintenance free dust collector.
Experiments have shown that the emission concentration of spunbond polyester filter media is only half of that of traditional media needle punched felt. Using SiO2 micron with a filtration speed of 1.5m/min and a dust concentration of 699/m as the test parameters, the emission concentration of the spun polyester filter material is only 5.7mg/m, while under the same conditions, the emission concentration of the needle felt is 13.7mg/m. In the same test, the pressure difference was observed, and the spun polyester filter medium maintained it while reducing the pressure difference by about 40% compared to needle felt.
