The HJL series homogenization device is developed by our company based on the improvement of practical homogenization devices in China in recent years. Its special function lies in the spiral homogenization tube located on the centerline of the warehouse, which can divide the centerline of the material into dozens of layers. When discharging, the materials on each layer flow synchronously towards the center of the warehouse in the natural resting direction, presenting a spiral descent in the guide vane. Then, the lower end of the homogenizer is exported. Due to the simultaneous unloading from bottom to top, the space appearing in the lower layer is continuously replenished by the upper layer of materials in a timely manner, and the entire warehouse material falls almost as a whole, thereby eliminating the sedimentary bonding caused by funnel-shaped unloading. The storage capacity is fully utilized, and the homogenization effect is greatly improved.
