
Main technical features
1. Suspension dispersion technology: Materials that require powder selection must first have good dispersibility, especially for materials that are prone to clumping due to electrostatic adsorption and excessive moisture. Only with good dispersibility can better results be achieved. Before the materials enter the main powder selection chamber, buffer and evenly distribute the materials, and disperse them. Separate and disperse the materials and coarse and fine particles in the dough, so that they have a more sufficient grading condition when entering the main selection chamber, creating good powder selection conditions for subsequent powder selection.
2. Horizontal eddy current classification technology: The powder selection airflow enters the powder selection chamber through guide vanes in a horizontal tangential direction, forming a rotating eddy current material airflow, which forms a stable internal and external pressure difference with the rotating cage above and below the ground. The material airflow is stable and uniform, and the material particles in the horizontal eddy current powder selection area have a stable and strong centrifugal force field, thus achieving good classification.
3. Internal circulation collection technology: using a low resistance cyclone separator, arranged around the host to form a multi-channel whole, effectively simplifying the system's process flow, reducing the footprint, lowering the load and requirements of subsequent bag filters, and reducing the one-time investment and installed capacity of the system.
4. Coarse powder secondary internal selection technology: A secondary air inlet is installed on the side of the coarse ash hopper at the bottom of the powder selection machine. Its function is to perform secondary cleaning on the fine powder adhered to the coarse powder, so that the fine powder can be separated from the coarse powder again and enter the powder selection for sorting and grading; Partial cold air can be introduced to reduce the temperature inside the powder selector and the temperature of the materials; Reduced the powder concentration of the powder selection airflow and minimized the interference between materials during powder selection. On the near path of the circulating fan in the powder selection machine, an air outlet is set up to connect a portion of the circulating airflow to the subsequent dust collector for collection, which to some extent compensates for the collection efficiency of the cyclone separator and the collection function of micro powder and ultrafine powder.
