HVX series static V-shaped classifier
1、 Introduction:
The V-type powder selector is a static grading and dispersing device mainly used in conjunction with the roller press. It disperses the cake shaped material coming out of the roller press, and then separates the qualified fine powder in the dispersed material, which is conducive to the smooth operation of the roller press, improves the system output, and has a drying function. Simple structure and long service life of wear-resistant components. The use of low air volume results in minimal pressure loss, and the fineness of the finished product can be controlled by adjusting the air speed. This device can also be applied to other coarse grinding and powder selection occasions, such as stone powder grading on highways.
2、 Working principle:
The material is fed into the upper feeding port to form a material curtain, and the incoming airflow passes through the material curtain from the inlet and comes into contact with the material. In the powder selection area, the stepped inclined baffle plates installed on the inlet and outlet sides of the powder selection machine are used to disperse the material. The material collides back and forth at the ends of the baffle plates on both sides, achieving the effect of dispersing the material blocks, fully exposing the fine powder, and extending the residence time of the material curtain in the powder selection area. The coarse material is discharged along the guide plate, and the gas carrying the material is discharged from the exhaust outlet and enters the dynamic powder sorting machine for sorting, separating the material and gas. The baffle plays a role in guiding and directing materials. This type of powder selection machine relies entirely on wind power for lifting, conveying, and high classification accuracy. The particle size sorted by the V-shaped static classifier is generally less than 0 2mm, and the particle fineness can be changed by adjusting the air volume.
3、 Performance characteristics:
There are no rotating parts inside the machine, mainly composed of grid plates arranged in a ladder shape. The materials to be sorted flow in a trapezoidal shape on a set of steps, and the sorting airflow passes through the steps. The airflow separates fine powder from the material and transports it to the fine powder outlet. By adjusting the sorting airflow, the particle size distribution and flow rate of coarse and fine powder can be adjusted. Improved the stability of the powder selection machine, and the structure of the powder selection machine is simple, easy to install and maintain, with minimal wear and maintenance.
The HVX series static V-type classifier produced by our company is developed and improved based on the aerodynamic analysis method of aviation, according to the actual usage situation, in response to the low efficiency and difficult fineness control of the V-type powder selector currently used in the roll pre crushing system.
