Manually put a packaging bag on the carrier and send a signal to the computer. The carrier automatically clamps the bag. At this time, when it is determined that there is material in the storage bin, the control instrument controls the fast/slow valve to work, and the material starts to be automatically filled into the bag. When it is about two kilograms away from the target weight, fast forward and stop. Only electromagnetic vibration is used to add to the target weight. When the weight reaches the target weight, the carrier automatically releases and is transported to the sewing machine by the conveyor to complete the seam. After the seam is sewn, the operation ends!

Working Principle:
1. The material is fed into the weighing hopper by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic gate)
After receiving the weight signal from the sensor, the controller controls according to the pre-set program value
3. Start with fast (fast, medium, slow) feeding at the same time;
When the weight is ≥ (target value - coarse measurement value), stop the fast addition signal output and enter the medium speed (simultaneous medium and slow addition) feeding mode;
When the weight is ≥ (target value - precision measurement value), stop the intermediate addition signal output and enter slow (slow addition) feeding;
When the weight is ≥ (target value - overshoot value), stop the slow addition signal output, close the feeding door, and complete the fixed value weighing.
After the bag clamping signal is input, the discharge door of the weighing hopper automatically opens. When the weight is ≤ the zero position setting value, the discharge door of the weighing hopper automatically closes, and the material bag automatically releases and falls onto the conveyor belt. It is sent to the sewing machine for sewing and enters the next process. At the same time, the controller enters the next control cycle.
