2、 Material characteristics

4、 Construction technology:clean up→ Base surface infiltration → Interface treatment → Formwork support → Mixing → Pouring → Curing
1. ClearReason: For cement concrete pavement broken boards or severely damaged parts of concrete structures, use a pneumatic pick to break the broken board into small pieces and remove them. Remove loose materials from the surrounding board base surface, and use an air compressor to blow away dust from the base surface and groove.
2.Base surface infiltration: before pouringWet the base surface with water and remove any visible water within 2-3 hours; During winter construction, the base surface should be thoroughly moistened with warm water not exceeding 65 ℃ and any visible water should be removed before pouring.
3.Interface treatment: Apply a layer of interface agent evenly on the base surface.
4.Formwork: For the cement concrete pavement slab located in the center of the road to be repaired, the surrounding slab edges can be used as templates; For cement concrete pavement panels located at the edge of the road that need to be repaired, the three edges can be used as templates with the surrounding panel edges. Wooden or steel molds should be erected at the edges, and leak proof measures should be taken.

6.Pouring: Use a pouring container to pour slowly and uniformly, and avoid hollowing during pouring. After pouring, smooth the top of the repair material. Every time it is mixedpourThe time from the start of mixing to the end of repair shall not exceed30min。 Repair materials that exceed the time limit or do not meet the construction requirements for workability shall not be used again.
7.raiseprotectCover the top surface of the repair material with a plastic strip, and then completely cover it with a straw bag to keep it moist. At room temperature,The curing can be ended after 3-4 hours, or it can be decided whether to end the curing based on the structural strength requirements and the strength test results of the reserved specimens. Insulation measures should be taken in winter, and the curing time should be appropriately extended.
5、 Precautions

3. The template used for repairing bridge structures should be a brand new template to achieve a beautiful appearance after demoulding.
4. After construction, the equipment should be promptly cleaned with water for future use.
5. During on-site use, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or external additives to the materials.
