It is designed and produced according to the general standards of the Ministry of Construction. The structure is reasonable and the force is uniform. Grey cast iron or ductile iron is used, and the sealing surface of the water stop is embedded with copper strips, which are precision processed and matched to achieve plane contact sealing with good sealing performance. When the sealing and water stop performance decreases, it can be solved by adjusting the wedge device. 

Cast iron gate structure:The door body generally adopts a structure of panels and reinforced ribs, and the panels can be flat or arched. The door body is generally cast and machined as a whole, but larger sizes can be composed of blocks. The door body generally adopts integral metal water stop, which also serves as a supporting slider. The metal water stop is fastened to the door body with countersunk screws made of the same material, and the screw head is precision machined together with the water stop working surface. Some larger sizes can also use "P" - shaped rubber water stop.
