The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying equipment powered by compressed air. It can fully suction a wide range of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity liquids, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. It is available in five main materials: fluoro plastic, engineering plastics, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel.

The QQBY diaphragm pump utilizes nitrile rubber, chlorinated rubber, fluoro rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene for different liquid media. It is safe, reliable, corrosion-resistant, durable, self-priming, non-damaging during no-load operation, available in various materials, versatile in applications, easy to install, and maintenance-free to meet the needs of different users.

The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump can handle both flowing liquids and some non-Newtonian fluids, boasting many advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps,屏蔽 pumps, sludge pumps, and debris pumps.

1. This pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seals, and the diaphragm separates the pumped medium from the pump's moving parts and work medium, ensuring no leakage of the medium. Therefore, it is safe for pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive substances without causing environmental pollution or harm to personal safety; it does not require priming water, with an suction head of up to 5m and a discharge head of up to 70m, and an outlet pressure of ≥6bar.

2. Spacious flow, excellent throughput; allows passage of large particles up to 10mm diameter. Minimal wear on the pump when pumping sludge and impurities; head and flow can be infinitely adjusted via the valve opening (pressure adjustment between 1-7 bar); no electricity required; safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive areas.

3. Easy to use, reliable in operation, and simply turn on and off the gas valve to start and stop. The pump features a simple structure with minimal wearing parts. It is easy to install and maintain. The medium being pumped does not come into contact with moving parts like the gas valve or connecting rods, thus avoiding performance degradation due to wear on components like rotors, pistons, gears, or blades as seen in other pump types. Even if the pump operates without medium for an extended period due to an accident or suddenly stops, it will not be damaged. In case of overload, the pump will automatically shut down, offering self-protection. Once the load returns to normal, it will automatically restart and resume operation.

4. This pump requires no oil lubrication, even when running empty, and has no adverse effect on the pump—it's one of its distinctive features. It can be submerged in the medium it works with: capable of conveying liquids with higher viscosity (below 10,000 centipoise).
