The ISG vertical single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is a cleverly designed combination of performance parameters from the IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, selected by the technical personnel of Yangtze River Pump Industry and domestic pump experts, utilizing domestic hydraulic models. It is based on the general vertical pump design. Additionally, it has evolved into suitable hot water pumps, high-temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps based on the ISG model, catering to different usage temperatures and media. This series boasts energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance, meeting the requirements of the new national machinery department standard JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO 2858 standard.

1. The ISG pump features a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same central axis. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, boasting a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal floor space and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring low vibration and noise levels in the pump's operation.

3. Axial seals utilize mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy material for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling saddle nuts to remove all the rotor components.

1. ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps are designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire protection water pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycles, and bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, with operating temperature T<80°C.

2. The IRG vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as for boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation in restaurants, bathhouses, hotels, etc. It is used for urban housing heating circulation pumps with a temperature below 120°C.

3. Vertical High-Temperature Centrifugal Pump Type GRG. Applications: Used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and for increasing pressure and circulating hot water in boilers in hotels, bathhouses, and hotels, etc. Suitable for heating circulation in urban residential buildings, with operating temperatures below 240°C.

ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Operating Conditions

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 Mpa, or system working pressure ≤ 1.6 Mpa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 Mpa; static test pressure of the pump is 2.5 Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6 Mpa, please state separately at the time of order. This allows for the use of cast steel material for the overflow components and joints of the pump during manufacturing.

2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

3. Solid particle volume content in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size < 0.2mm.
