High-temperature asphalt pump

Bitumen thermal pumps are available in two types of materials: ordinary and cast steel, both equipped with thermal jackets. These thermal pumps are suitable for liquids that solidify or crystallize at normal temperatures, but become easily flowable and lubricious when heated and maintained at a constant temperature, as well as for outdoor installations and processes in cold regions that require insulation. Upon start-up, the pump is first preheated to reduce its starting power.

Ideal for conveying liquids that are corrosive or non-corrosive with high sanitation requirements, the medium should be free of solid particles, with temperatures not exceeding 350°C, and viscosity ranging from 5cSt to 1500cSt. This includes liquids such as various chemical raw materials, bottling, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives. The pump has two types of transmission methods: motor direct connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, a reducer-driven transmission should be used.

The asphalt thermal pump has a hollow sandwiched body with inlet and outlet flanges, suitable for heating and insulating the fluid being transported with thermal oil, steam, hot water, etc. The pump drive methods include direct motor coupling and reducer. When the fluid viscosity exceeds 1500 cSt, a reducer drive should be used.
