To further enhance the urban environmental and hygiene conditions, fostering a cleaner and more beautiful living environment, sanitation vehicle drivers embark on the daily mission of city cleaning. During their shifts, they efficiently utilize machinery such as sweeping trucks, sprinkler trucks, and flushing trucks to ensure that the sidewalks, bike lanes, and motorways are spotless, transforming the environment into a fresh and renewed state.
(One) Prior to departure
1. Operators must wear standardized cleaning and sanitation work uniforms, reflective vests, etc., in accordance with regulations, maintaining a neat appearance.
2. Prior to operation, it is mandatory to inspect the safety and performance of the sweeping machine, and ensure all necessary maintenance tools are equipped; vehicles are equipped with at least 5 reflective safety cones for placement in case of emergencies.
Before departure, ensure the vehicle is adequately filled with water to guarantee sufficient dust removal during cleaning.
(II) In Progress
During cleaning operations, it is imperative to adhere to traffic regulations, yield to traffic, and ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
2. During cleaning operations, traffic safety must be a priority. The rear of the work vehicles must be equipped with reflective signs, and the warning sound, lights, and fog lights must be activated while in operation. At night, the warning sound should be lowered or turned off. Reverse driving during operations is prohibited.
3. Maintain a steady and slow driving speed during operations; the speed of sweeping vehicles should be less than 8 km/h. Reduce the operation speed when encountering areas with dense garbage or drainage outlets to ensure a clean road surface after the operation.
4. Ensure sufficient water is used during sweeping operations, and implement spray sweeping to prevent dust from rising. Dry sweeping is prohibited. Avoid side brushing and ensure the vacuum mouth is not running in the air without touching the ground. During sweeping, pay attention to the road sweeping quality and road obstacles. For large pieces of garbage or hard objects that cannot be cleared by the sweeping machine, they should be removed manually in a timely manner to ensure the quality of sweeping.
5. When operating the sweeping vehicle, drivers must pay attention to the distance between the vehicle body and the curb or side stone, ensuring it's neither too close nor too far. Generally, the standard is for the end of the broom bristles to just touch the curb. The driver should adjust the number of brooms based on the actual road conditions: under normal circumstances, only the left broom should be used for sweeping to the left, and only the right broom for sweeping to the right; for larger areas, all four brooms should be activated simultaneously. While driving, the driver must constantly observe and control the position of the broom bristles, ensuring the angle is appropriate, and that the areas swept by the sweeping vehicle are clean and free of debris.
6. Operators should regularly check for blockages in the suction nozzle during operation, and upon discovering a blockage, they should promptly stop and clear it. Any debris left on the road after clearing must be thoroughly cleaned up.
7. When in operation, adjust the number of nozzle openings based on the amount of dust on the road surface. On rainy days, it is not necessary to use the sweeper's water pump to suppress dust. In the case of heavy rain or torrential downpours, it is advisable not to follow the scheduled sweeping time and wait until the rain stops before proceeding with road cleaning.
8. The on-board cleaner must always pay attention to the cleanliness after sweeping. If there is garbage that cannot be vacuumed up or large items that cannot be cleaned by the street sweeper during the cleaning operation, the driver must stop the vehicle. The on-board cleaner must quickly pick up the garbage while ensuring their own safety.
9. Mechanized and manual cleaning should be coordinated; manual labor should be employed when mechanical operations are not feasible. Ensure thorough cleaning with no blind spots and no missed waste. Timely supplementary cleaning should be conducted at street-side parking spots and areas where regular sweeping has not been completed.
10. Sweepers operate along scheduled routes, ensuring no blind spots in cleaning and no missed or double-swept areas, leaving no卫生dead ends.
(3) Post-Operation
1. Each sweep vehicle must promptly dump the trash from the bins into designated locations upon completing its cleaning task and wash the vehicle to ensure the next shift's needs.
After each day's cleaning operation, the driver must inspect the vehicle's performance and address any issues promptly.
3. Sweeper vehicles are under the care of designated personnel for daily maintenance, and they undergo regular inspections and repairs at the Vehicle Management Department weekly to ensure smooth operation.

(4) Important Notes
Operators must hold valid certifications before taking the wheel.
Wear环卫 work uniforms and reflective vests during operations, maintaining a neat appearance.
3. Road machinery sweeping should be avoided during peak traffic hours (7:30-9:00 a.m. and 5:00-7:30 p.m.), and operators must follow traffic regulations, maintaining a controlled speed to prevent hindering pedestrians.
4. When cleaning roads with thick sedimentary soil using a multi-functional sweeping and washing vehicle (sweeping truck), it is recommended to choose medium to high sweep disk rotation speed for better cleaning results.
Vehicle Operation Safety:
Before setting out, conduct a safety check on the vehicle.
When performing maintenance operations by lifting the carriage, it is mandatory to securely use a carriage jack. It is strictly prohibited to work underneath the carriage without any support. Once the carriage is lifted, the vehicle must not be moved.
Prohibit reversing or sharp turns without securing the suction cups.
Do not spray water directly onto the engine as it has not been fully cooled.
Direct water冲洗 of electrical components or equipment (left center of sweeping vehicle) is strictly prohibited.
When using the multi-functional sweeping vehicle, in summer, the oil temperature in the fuel tank should not exceed 60°C. In winter, allow the oil pump to run unloaded for a period to warm up using the safety valve, and only start normal operation when the temperature reaches around 10°C.
No alcohol consumption during work hours. No slippers allowed in the office.
7. No running red lights or illegal U-turns under the guise of work.
Ensure fire extinguishers in vehicle equipment are always effective.
