The TDG series variable-frequency speed regulating volumetric feeder is a newly developed improved speed regulating scale by our technical team, based on the absorption of technical advantages from similar domestic and international products, along with years of on-site practical experience and user feedback information.

Superior to imported equipment. This scale is used in industries such as cement, mining, metallurgy, coal coking, chemical fertilizer, power plants, sintering plants, and tobacco.

Features of the Scale:

1. Utilizes dual-quantity roller conveyors, with an extended relative measuring section, enhancing measurement accuracy to exceed ±0.5%.

2. Our force sensors are selected from high-quality stainless steel materials for the elastic body, such as those from Guangzhou Guangce or Taiwan Zuli. These sensors feature high precision, minimal drift, excellent repeatability, and strong overload capacity, ensuring long-term, reliable continuous operation.
3. The weighing frame is made by bending steel plates, offering both sturdy construction and aesthetic appeal. It's simple, reliable, and boasts a long service life.
4. Equipped with skirt belt, featuring automatic belt tensioning and automatic alignment correction.
5. The motor reducer utilizes Schenck *** reducers, featuring a direct connection structure for simplicity, reliability, and long service life.
System Composition:
The main components include the feed hopper, feeding mechanism, transmission unit, weighing sensor, speed sensor, variable frequency drive, control panel or industrial computer. This system can be used for single-unit, single-path equipment, or multi-unit, multi-path, or a single unit with 16 paths for batching control.

Connectable via RS-485 serial port to the upper microcomputer, enabling DCS distributed control.
Selection of feeding equipment:
Typical feed hoppers are suitable for most free-flowing materials. For powdery,泻流 materials, a paddle or screw feeder is required. For sticky or bridging materials, a vibratory hopper or electromagnetic vibratory feeder should be used. Special designs are available for specific cases.
