On November 12th, Ms. Wu Jiani, Director of the Linfen Road Sub-district Office in Jing'an District, Shanghai; Mr. Wang Hongliang, Director of the Management Office; Ms. Jiang Weiping, Director of the Business Promotion Office; and Ms. Zhang Xiaowen, Deputy Director of the Economic and Development Center, paid a visit to Shanghai Zhengxian Group for an inspection and exchange. At the meeting, Director Wu Jiani introduced the overall situation and governance experience of Linfen Road Street. As a benchmark street for grassroots governance in the country, Linfen Road has always been at the forefront of urban governance innovation. From the earliest "One Network Management" to the construction of "Smart Community," and now moving towards "AI+Future Community," the street continuously promotes the modernization of the community governance system with digital thinking. It has accumulated valuable experience in party leadership, people's livelihood services, and digital governance.

Subsequently, Chairman Li Song introduced the development history and innovative achievements of Zhengxian. Zhengxian has been deeply rooted in the smart city furniture field for many years, establishing a full-process service model that spans design and research, intelligent manufacturing, to system platforms and operation and maintenance services. Currently, the company is focused on "AI-powered urban life" as its core direction, actively positioning itself in the fields of smart travel and smart communities, continuously promoting the implementation of technological innovation achievements, and infusing new smart energy into urban public spaces.

Building on this, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion on the theme of "AI+Future Community." Zheng Xian, leveraging its accumulated expertise in the urban furniture sector, presented a tailor-made "AI+Future Community" comprehensive plan for Linfen Road Street. The project is anchored by the core concept of "technology empowerment, people-centric, green and low-carbon, and smart sharing," integrating multiple segments such as public spaces, health and wellness services, ecological facilities, and digital governance to create a new community form that combines humanistic warmth with technological intelligence. The scenarios include smart bus shelters, community signage, smart seating, smart streetlights, intelligent information screens, and comprehensive management platforms, among others. Through the integration of AI technology and scenarios, residents can "see, use, and enjoy" these innovations, achieving intelligent, convenient, and warm community services. Zheng Xian hopes to leverage this pilot to develop a systematic solution that aligns with the laws of urban development and is practical for community implementation, thereby enhancing both the efficiency of street governance and the well-being of residents.

This survey represents a new model of government-enterprise collaboration, guided by the principles of "Joint Creation, Joint Construction, Joint Win." Both parties agree that the construction of smart communities is not merely the simple setup of equipment and systems, but rather a comprehensive project integrating policy planning, scenario innovation, and community participation. In the future, Linfen Road Street will use this project as a pilot, collaborating with Zhengxian to establish a "Joint Creation Lab," and through the implementation of demonstration sites, data feedback, and model optimization, develop a replicable and scalable "Linfen Model."
