Product Introduction: Harmonic Drive Gearbox
The harmonic drive reducer is a novel transmission device that applies the planetary gear drive principle and utilizes cycloidal needle gears for engagement.
The complete drive system of the cycloidal pinion reducer can be divided into three parts: the input section, the reduction section, and the output section. A double eccentric sleeve offset by 180° is mounted on the input shaft, with two cylindrical roller bearings called pivot arms mounted on the eccentric sleeve. These form an H mechanism, and the center holes of the two cycloidal wheels serve as the raceways for the pivot arm bearings on the eccentric sleeve. They mesh with a set of needle teeth arranged in a ring on the needle gear, forming an internal reduction mechanism with a tooth difference of one tooth. (In reduction gears with a lower speed ratio to reduce friction, the needle teeth are equipped with needle tooth sleeves.)
