Heat Treatment Conveyor BeltThe quenching furnace conveyor belt is made of imported SUS314 or SUS310S material from Nippon Steel Corporation, *with a temperature resistance of over 1200 degrees, anti-corrosive, and woven with a herringbone dense structure for high tensile strength. To prevent component leakage, the edges are folded or shielded. The conveyor belt guides the workpieces through a temperature-controlled heating zone, then drops them into the quenching oil tank, and is automatically retrieved by the conveyor lifting machine. Suitable for batch production of small and medium-sized mechanical parts, such as standard parts, bearings, drive chains, self-tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, springs, washers, and automotive components.
