Heat Treatment Conveyor BeltThe quenching furnace conveyor belt is made of imported SUS314 or SUS310S material from Nippon Steel Corporation, *resistant to temperatures above 1200 degrees and anti-corrosive. The weaving of the conveyor belt features a V-shaped dense structure for high tensile strength. To prevent leakage of parts, the edges are folded or equipped with挡片. The belt carries the workpiece through a temperature-controlled heating zone, then drops into the quenching oil tank, and is automatically retrieved by the conveyor belt lifter. Suitable for batch production of small and medium-sized mechanical components, such as standard parts, bearings, drive chains, self-tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, springs, flat washers, and auto parts.
