Heat Treatment Mesh ConveyorThe quenching furnace belt is made of imported SUS314 or SUS310S material from Nippon Steel Corporation. It can withstand temperatures above 1200 degrees and is corrosion-resistant. The belt weave uses a herringbone dense structure, offering high tensile strength. To prevent leakage of parts, the edges are folded or shims are added. The belt guides the workpiece through a temperature-controlled heating zone, then it falls into the quenching oil tank, and is automatically retrieved by the belt hoist. Suitable for batch production of small and medium-sized mechanical parts, such as standard parts, bearings, transmission chains, self-tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, springs, washers, and automotive components.
