Heat Release Welding Molding

Heat welding is achieved through a chemical (exothermic) reaction between aluminum and copper oxide, producing high-temperature copper liquid, suitable for the welding of metals such as purple copper, brass, bronze, steel, stainless steel, and pig iron. The process requires no external energy or power source, and its chemical reaction equation is:

3Cu2O + 2Al = 6Cu + Al2O3 + heat (temperature up to 2700°C)

Its primary advantages:

The current carrying capacity of the welding point exceeds the conductor's current carrying capacity.

Main Factors Affecting Welding Quality:

1. Water vapor

2. Welded joint of the material is not clean.

3. Molds contain moisture or are not clean.
