Explosion-proof gas cylinder cabinet

Metal containers used to enhance local exhaust ventilation, protecting cylinders (gas bottles) from external fires in cabinets and safeguarding surrounding items from internal fires. The cylinder cabinets are equipped with alarms and exhaust ports with one bottle slot and two bottle slots. They can achieve the function of isolating high temperatures and ensuring personal safety. The product is aesthetically pleasing and features multiple functions such as automatic leakage and electrical leakage alarms, as well as automatic timed exhaust ventilation.

Structure:

1. Cabinet: Constructed of double-layer fire-resistant steel plates, with an insulating layer of 38mm between the two steel plates.

2. Surface: Cold rolled steel plate used with surface phosphatizing treatment (steel plate pickling and phosphatizing to remove oil and rust, forming a protective film on the surface for enhanced corrosion resistance) followed by high-temperature curing in an oven. Structure is a full steel double door design.

3. Collar Clamp: Made of 3mm thick steel plate; Collar Clamp Chain: Utilizes interlocking steel chain to prevent cylinder overturning.

4. Window: Equipped with 5mm thick flat glass, steel edge镶边 fixed.

5. Fire Prevention Label: Uses national standard fire prevention label.

6. Alarm: Equipped with industrial-grade dedicated combustible gas detectors, air diffusion sampling. When the concentration reaches the chip cut-off point, it will automatically trigger an alarm. The alarm system can continuously and automatically monitor the degree of gas leakage indoors. When the probe sensor detects the concentration within the set range, it will trigger an alarm, effectively preventing catastrophic accidents caused by gas leakage.

7. Exhaust System: The fan is paired with an alarm device, connected with a single wire. It automatically activates the exhaust unit within 5 seconds of an alarm, diluting the concentration of flammable gases until it is below the chip cut-off set value.

8. Activity Flip Plate: Constructed with 3mm thick steel plate, surface treated with phosphating (acid pickling and phosphating the steel plate to remove oil, rust, and form a protective film on the surface for enhanced corrosion resistance), paired with a machined fixed hinge for easy installation and removal of gas cylinders.

9. Distribution: Equipped with microcomputer timing switch, gas-sensitive probe can detect gas cylinder leakage and automatically exhaust and alarm.

10. Door Panel: The full steel gas cylinder cabinet is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, with a surface coating of acid-resistant paint for resistance to acids, alkalis, and rust.
