Material Description:

1.2mm imported cold-rolled steel plate is used for stamping and bending, precision argon arc welding, with both inner and outer surfaces electrostatically powder coated.

Window:

4MM tempered anti-riot glass, double door frame structure, flat and aesthetically pleasing, equipped with a concealed door lock with security function.

Control Technology:

Utilizes microcomputer intelligent fuzzy humidity inertia control technology; sensors are imported from the USA, branded Honeywell, featuring digital frequency output ports, strong versatility, easy replacement, high precision, minimal annual drift, and strong anti-interference capability.

Moisture Control Core

The housing is made of imported engineering plastic from South Korea, with a temperature resistance of over 300 degrees Celsius, designed for a lifespan of more than 30 years. The molecular sieve is imported from Germany, and the dual-memory alloy springs are sourced from Sweden, ensuring the durability and fatigue resistance of the movement core.

This moisture-proof box is driven without a motor, featuring heat insulation, electromagnetic shielding, static electricity prevention, dustproof, theft-proof, low power consumption, and no consumables. Therefore, it offers environmental protection, energy saving, noiseless operation, non-pollution, and no dripping.

Power-off Protection Memory Function:

After power outage, the system ensures that the humidity increase inside the box is less than 10% (within 24 hours), and no re-setting is required for the memory function after power failure.

Operating Principle:

Humidity sensor (humidity and temperature signals) → Microcomputer (CPU central processing unit) → Heater (high polymer material PTC constant temperature heating module) → Smart shape memory alloy (alloy shape changes with temperature) → Balanced spring (standard balanced spring like the alloy).
