The company boasts 8 excellent pipeline fitting production lines and 5 flange production lines. Equipped with a full set of medium-frequency elbow hot pushing machines, eccentric pipe hot mold presses, three-way cold extrusion hydraulic presses, forging hammers, lathes, milling machines, and other process forming equipment for elbow and flange pipe fittings, as well as mechanical processing equipment. Notably, the Φ1020mm large-diameter medium-frequency hydraulic pushing machine, the Φ1420mm large-diameter medium-frequency bending machine, and the Φ2438 four-thousand-ton large-scale hot mold press have an annual production capacity of over 80,000 tons. We can produce flanges, elbows, bends, eccentric pipes, tees, four-way tees, caps, pipe ends, and threaded, socket-type series pipeline components in various specifications and models according to customer requirements, including high, medium, and low-pressure carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel materials. We are a diversified "carrier-style" flange and pipe fitting manufacturing enterprise.
Our company is also equipped with a full range of high-quality quality testing equipment, including spectrophotometric analyzers, non-destructive testing, heat treatment, and hydrostatic testing, ensuring reliable product assurance.
