Product Introduction
——Electrically heated thermal oil boiler, also known as electrically heated organic heat carrier boiler, utilizes electricity as its power source and thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. It serves as a high-temperature heat source for various environments below 320°C and is widely used in industries requiring high-temperature heating or drying. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, precise temperature control, and high thermal energy utilization. Optional steam generators are available to produce saturated steam of up to 1.3MPa for customer use.
Heat is generated by electric heating elements immersed in a thermal conducting oil medium. Utilizing a circulating pump, the thermal conducting oil is forcibly circulated in the liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-consuming devices. After being unloaded by the heat-consuming devices, the oil returns to the heater through the pump, where it absorbs more heat and is then retransferred to the heat-consuming devices. This cycle continues, continuously transferring heat, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating technical requirements.

Fully automatic control in operation, featuring features such as electric heating element walking cutting and feeding, cyclic start and stop, automatic water refilling, water shortage, over-temperature, automatic alarm, and electric leakage protection.
Available for customer requirements, to design thermal energy storage equipment utilizing peak-valley electricity during the night.
