The belt conveyor is powered by a motor reducer and features a standard chain plate as the carrying surface. By parallelly arranging multiple rows of chain plates, the conveyor can be made very wide and achieve differential speed. Utilizing the speed difference between the rows, the multiple-row conveyance can be transformed into a single-row conveyance without any compression, meeting the requirements for single-row conveyance of equipment like beverage labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can design the infeed and outfeed ends of two conveyors as overlapping mixed chains, allowing the bottle (can) bodies to be in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor. This design can accommodate pressure-free and pressurized conveyance for empty and filled bottles.
