(1) The reactor is made of composite materials, resistant to strong corrosive substances. High efficiency: This generator has rapid heat conduction, with high temperatures inside the reactor. Within 5 minutes of operation, the water jet can extract yellow-green chlorine dioxide.

(2) Multi-stage reactor, differential reaction process, operating temperature at 78°C, reaction yield above 85%.

(3) Utilizes air mixing technology, mature in technique, high in safety, and excellent raw material contact.

(4) Automatic internal and external pressure relief safety system, consisting of dual-route, different type safety relief devices and a reaction kettle buffer tank. This system ensures timely buffering and external release of pressure within the reaction kettle upon sudden shutdown, directing it to outdoor discharge. The multi-option safety system addresses safety concerns during emergencies such as water and power outages. The metering pump accurately measures and transfers the required amount, transporting hydrochloric acid and NaClO₃ solution from the raw material storage tank to the reaction kettle of the chlorine dioxide generator. The pump's inlet is designed with a precise pipeline filter to prevent clogging; the metering system is equipped with a reflux device to prevent damage to the pump head due to excessive outlet pressure.
