Flat Bar Slitting Leveling Production Line: A production line consisting of equipment such as uncoiling, feeding, cutting, edge wire winding, leveling machine, coding, sizing, and trimming, primarily for slitting wide steel strip coils into narrower ones of a certain size along the length, and then leveling them into flat bars of various widths. It prepares raw materials for subsequent processes like welding and stamping. Additionally, by changing different materials of cutters, it can cut various non-ferrous metal strip materials.

High-speed Uncoiler-Leveler-Cutting-Stacking Line for various coil specifications, leveling, cutting to the desired length and width of flat sheets.

This production line is primarily composed of feeding trolleys, double-support uncoiling machines, initial straightening machines, precision straightening and sizing machines, cross-cutting machines, stacking devices, and servo transmission systems. Additionally, swing-type intermediate bridges, traction devices, and offset correction devices are equipped between the machines.

This series of production line is designed to convert various specifications of steel coil into flat sheets of required length through uncoiling, leveling, and cutting. The line is mainly composed of feeding trolleys, dual-support uncoiling machines, hydraulic head guiding mechanisms, clamping and feeding mechanisms, leveling machines, coding and length-setting mechanisms, hydraulic swing beam shears, feeding machines, pneumatic drop feeders, discharge trolleys, and electro-hydraulic systems. Additionally, roller conveyors and alignment devices are installed between the machines.
