Overview and Application:

The JXG Rotating Grate Cleaning Machine is suitable for the wastewater pretreatment process in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Specifically applied to: IMG_1779

1. Municipal water supply and drainage pumping stations, at the intake locations.

2. Waste removal from industrial wastewater in sectors such as textiles, dyeing, slaughtering, leather making, and paper production.

3. Waste removal in sugar, alcohol, and food processing.

4. Imported water intake points, including those for thermal power plant cooling water.

Operating Principle

The equipment consists of a frame, power unit, rake chain, cleaning mechanism, and electrical control box. The rake chain is made up of special rake teeth formed from groups of ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel, assembled in a certain sequence on the rake shaft to form a closed-loop rotating chain, with the lower part installed below the liquid surface in the inlet channel. As the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate uniformly and in a specific direction, the entire rake chain moves from bottom to top, separating solid debris from the liquid. The fluid passes through the gaps between the teeth, with the entire working process continuing continuously.

Due to the unique structure and shape of the teeth, as the toothed chain carries debris to the top for reverse movement, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between the front and rear rows of teeth, prompting debris to fall off under gravity. Additionally, a pair of rubber brush pads are set at the back of the equipment to ensure that each row of teeth is thoroughly cleaned as they move to that position.
